What is the process and costs besides transport involved. Any import duty involved when moving in the same period as the car? Is the year model (2013) an issue?

The process you have to go through is described on the UK Gov website; this link will take you there. Costs will depend on the value of the car.

NOVA stands for Notification of Vehicle Arrivals; however, unless you are importing the car from the EU, you can't use that. The link I previously supplied to you explains all this; it may help you to read it again.
