Wrong deduction/calculation of the dependant fee.

I paid dependent fee for my new born baby last week (DOB is 21/08/2018).
As per my IQAMA expiry date (28/08/1440) it should be 1707 SAR & i paid it.

Later my company told me that it is not enough and pay again, so they can issue only for myself an exit re-entry visa (which is separately paid SAR200). 

I paid again with 1 day in advance of IQAMA expiry which was 1735 SAR.

So total 3442 SAR paid for dependant fee + 200 for exit re-entry visa.

Later the system deducted 200 for re-entry & 3264 for dependant fee. I only got refunded 178 SAR.

Since that time i am trying to get help here and there. Can someone pls suggest anything for help.
