Hello everyone,
I am 21 years old and a freelance photojournalist just moved from the U.S. I am in desperate need of a studio, as my original arrangements didn't work out. I tried for an apartment, which means I need a French bank account. I am trying to open one with HSBC because I travel a lot for my work. When I try to open an account online it is asking me for my SIRET number and NACE code. I am very frustrated because we do not have those in America and I can't seem to find any information about what the equivalent is in the States. I am in desperate need of some guidance! Thank you for anyone who answers.

I do not recommend opening an account online! faced many issues, i would say just go to the bank directly.
