Hi
I have a job offer from a MNC in SG, (7 yrs exp) , 6.3k SGD. My potential employer applied for an EP a month back , which got rejected. The reason they stated was that MoM advised that they had left out a mandatory field in the Jobs Bank posting.
They Have filed for an appeal after editing the job posting and waiting for 2 weeks. What are the chances of acceptance?
Additionally, will an appeal work if the Jobs Bank posting was edited / reposted ? Or will it have to be a new EP?
