Hi guys,
I'm working in KL for about 2 months. I have a problem with banks in here. I have a work permit and working visa also I gave them a letter from my company, but they don't open an account for me as I'm Iranian. I get my salary by cash!!!
When I ask about the reason, they told me it's because of UN Sanction. but my friends in Europ countries don't have any problem with banks.
Currently, I'm using Bigpay but it has another problem. I can't move money into my Bigpay card.
Can you please advice me what can I do?

7-11 have a pay system and card top up. Check their Malaysian website

but I couldn't find it in 7-eleven.com.my, and also the website: transact711.com doesn't work.
