I'm from India. Staying in Malaysia from July 201,. I recently got a job!
So, as I'm staying in Malaysia from already 182 days.. Can I get Residential tax or do i need to pay non resident tax of 26%?

You still pay 28% until TAX resident. If you have no earnings, those days in Malaysia are not relevant when income tax is calculated.
