I am non-EU national marriage with Polish wife
I applied karta pobytu in may this year its almost 5 months now
I didn't get any letter or anything about starting my case
I gave my fingers print on day i applied and i only have online tracking to check status of application
It just showing assessment of applications by police border guard etc
How long does it take total process

Hi I was wondering did you get karta pobytu? I submit my document three month ago and I am waiting yet, no new information. They didn't explain the cause of delay?

In Lubuskie, the waiting time ranges from 6 months to ... 1.5 years. But I have several documents issued within 4 months. It depends on who does it at the office.
