Abnormal xray with white area

Hi guys, i had come here few weeks with working visa.

So i need a medical check up for my residence ID / labor card.
So recently i do medical checkup on xray..

My left lung have remarks with written as "Illdefined reticular opacities in left upper zone"

Then they suspect TB, they took my phlegm check..
After 3 weeks, result out written No H+ cough, no fever.
3AFB, genexpert were -ve, sputum culture await.
Need pulmonologist 2nd opinion to rull out active TB.
==>i not understand on sputum culture await, i read some google it said meaning they check my sputum see got fungi or bacteria or not?
but they said genexpert were -ve.. meaning i might not have tb but maybe have some bacteria?

Later i went to pulmonologist, he check my breath, blood pressure , heart rate.. he say normal.
Then took my blood sample , and he request HRCT scan.
In the report request he write " ? Interstitial lung disease ? Koch disease "

I read alot and driving me crazy, hopefully to have some expert can give me free opinion or some one have same scenario as me.
ILD can cause death and TB is cureable by medicine.. I am so worried now...

what is the best scenario and worst scenario? Any lung scar/white area will not pass for the ID?

Better to go to pulmonogist...with new xray and ur labs

This forum is not the place for medical advice.   You need to go to a doctor and get it checked up.

They are checking for past and / or current tb.  That is done through a sputum test and in some cases, through a skin test.   Even if you don't have tb now, a positive test showing evidence of past infection is enough to deny you a visa.

If negative tb, maybe pneonemia will this deny my visa as well? I am waiting for the next checkup

Pneumonia doesn't lead to visa denial.  But it depends on the scars - if they even suspect the scars as TB,, no matter if it is really pneumonia, they can still deny.

QuantiFERON-TB Gold in-Tube test.this is a cutting edge test for determining latent or present T.B.find in any corporate hospital wether this test is available.iam sure authorities would not neglect or over rule this.a convalescent,,(white spot is common in almost all people.that does not mean you have or had t.b

Quantifieron test has had limited success in convincing authorities. The only successful cases I know of have been in the UAE.  The test is available of course.

what mean by limited success ? meaning if QFT negative TB it wont convince as well?
I going to visit another pulmonologist soon..

Meaning that people were deported despite QFT negative.

today i visit another doctor, they also request for CT. hopefully this time medical pass my CT request..
they said actually gov still have another test which take long time for the result maybe 2 - 3 month.. so they request me to go for these specialist.. it called sputum culture

Sputum doesn't take 2-3 months for a result.  It takes 2-3 visits with sputum collected every visit. Maybe you misheard what he said.

They collected twice.. With 2 visit.. Then the culture test take time.. If normal test won't take long
