- Sibirskie Seti and Elektronniy Gorod are the main providers, prices for a flatrate start at 400 roubles per month
What is the best option according to you to make long distance calls in Novosibirsk?
- Phone cards by Sibirtelecom or Brightcom are quite reasonable and can be used from a landline as well as a mobile phone

I use MTS connect. The connection is not always good but the price is quite reasonable.
