Hi everyone,
the situation in brief :
I have a work visa obtained through XXX company. I refused to work for them and I did not come to Saudi.
Another company contacted me and offered me a job.
they told me to use the same visa that I have from the previous company and once I am in saudi they would cancel it and get me a business visa .
I am in the country now working for the second company . The new company realized that they can't cancel the visa unless the first company agreed!
Can I leave the country without being stopped ?
If Yes could I come back under another sponsor ?

First be clear. Is it work visa or Iqama?
If Iqama, then the first company needs to cancel it / give you final exit or consent for transfer to new company. You would also need them to give you exit re-entry for you to be able to travel outside Saudi.
If a work visit / business visit visa, don't bother until it expires as you will be able to travel without any issues. You cannot apply for a new one while inside Saudi though. Also, you are not supposed to WORK on these visas.
