SDLP - Driving Licence for Dependents

Hi,

My wife has an european driving licence that i would like to convert in Saudi.
I followed hundreds time the procedure for appying for dependents through SDLP website and get stuck with the message (services for lady only).
As i understand the connection should be done on the Absher of the kafeel as dependant cannot get his own. I do not know if it is link to wrong parameters in my Absher profile or if it is for all the same.

Hi

So at first the process was as per this link, I did convert my drivers licence with no issues but then they stopped it for foreigners dependents.

Latest rumor is that any holder of a foreign DRivers lisence should go to Amira Noura university pay 550 sar take mendatory 8 hours lessons and then get your Saudi one but am not really sure it's just a rumor but you can call or drop by and get more information
