Annual leave

Hello.. im doctor..working with sponsor from 9 months.. i have many problems
1.my agreement with sponsor is to report 15 cases mri perday..he told me frankly stay in ur home no need to come work(work from home). After i came oman he told me 20 cases otherwise go ur country
2.he told me in agrrement i have 30 ds annual leave...paid...now he said the center is only working 80 cases permonth so no leave..if u take leave this is unpaid..tikets also unpaid
3.my wife is dr..she works under another sponsor..so he told me ur wife not allowed to stay in the apartment .or i pay him 250 omr..and no home allowances if i left that home..
4.he promised me by medical insurance .i asked him once he became totally angry and told me if u ask again i will cancel ur visa.
5.from 9 months i ask about my contract he says im busy...i will give u soon
6.now ministry of health closed out centrr .and tgey brought letter for us...but he told us u must work ...

How can i solve these issues
