The process is simple.
1. You get a visitor visa and come to China.
2. You start to interview at various employers. You do it the old fashioned way. You walk into the office and ask if they are hiring. Then you interview.
3. They will tell you if you are hired or not.
4. They will then process you with the government and give you a z-visa. They will tell you what to do.
