hi!I want to ask help,maybe someone can confirm to me if this true or not?!My working visa will be until Oct 10,2018 and my employer wants me to stay until Nov 2,2018?she said i can stay here like a grace period only without any problem.hope somebody can give me advise?

Please use the search button in the forum. This question has been asked and answered multiple times.
You have 30 days grace period from the expiry or cancellation of your visa. During that time you can stay in Bahrain and try to find another sponsor. You cannot work as you don't have a visa anymore but are in grace period.
