Some agent finds me a second-hand apartment in district 7 near the exhibition center, fully furnished.
The apartment was finished in 2017 and the owner gets the pink book now.
The price is offered at USD 2000 per sqm.
Does anyone have the average price of apartments in district 7 for reference?
I have no idea how the price is...Low or high?
Anyone can help?

As far as I'm concerned, average price for a flat/apartment located in Dist. 7 especially Phu My Hung Residence is about 5 billion VND (approximately 250,000 USD), and it's much higher for a private house. In comparison with other locations in HCMC excluded the city center, such a price is quite high.
