Unfortunately to work in Malaysia requires an Employment Pass and only full-time occupations qualify.
It may be difficult to find Admin jobs because Malaysians can do the work and employers cannot therefore employ foreigners. If you get a job offer you would need to give up your DP and the employer would apply for an EP.
There are Call Centre jobs available so this may be an option.
