THE CLASS "G" (investor) RESIDENCY IN KENYA:

A man has a  long time girl-friend/woman who is Kenyan National: He is planning to move to Kenya, get married, settle and make Kenya his new, permanent home:  Then together, they purchase a huge acreage of land, plus all the farm machinery and equipment, needed and necessary  to do  serious Agriculture and Livestock Farming:   The man has much more than the $100.000 that a prospective investor has to have or has to show and/or declare to The Immigration Authorities, to qualify for and hopefully gain full,
permanent "INVESTOR RESIDENT STATUS":
QUESTION IS......what´s the residency procedure in a case like this, as stated above:
My Thankful Appreciation To All Who Respond With Advice + Information.....Thank You:.

Here is the link with the requirements and how to apply.

By the way, did you know that a foreigner cannot legally own agricultural land, even jointly, so if this is the case, its worth getting the issue sorted out before applying for a Class G Permit.

You mention "permanent "INVESTOR RESIDENT STATUS"".  Unfortunately the Class G Permit lasts for two years and is renewable on a 2 yearly cycle, providing that you continue to meet the criteria.

As you don't appear to be married, you would have to be in Kenya for 7 years to qualify for PR.  If you married your partner, you would be able to gain PR after 3 years (being married) and citizenship after 7 years.

THANKS AGAIN....for your well detailed information::
