Book stores, unfortunately, in this part of the world don't usually have everything that you need. I spent hours in the Kinokuniya in Dubai when I lived there, looking for this and that. Now, no more. I switched to Kindle 5 years ago and never looked back.
You can download the book either through Amazon or in other "free' ways on mobilism forum. Not judging but the guy speaks better than he writes.
