I am on family visa here in ksa, My wife is my sponser and on my iqama written husband in place of profession. I am Electronics engineer, all documents attested and also i got saudi engineering council membership. I need to know my profession can change from husband to engineer or any other profession if any employer offer me a job

Yes the profession will change, when you get a job and your sponsorship is transferred from your wifes to that of the company employing you.
