I am currently outside Saudi Arabia for a vacation. For some reasons I will not be able to come back to KSA to finish my contract. Can I still claim my end service benefit? Am I still eligible? I have been in the company for 7 years. Thank you.

You can if you work it out with your employer and resolve everything amicably. If you don't, then you are stuck as practically, you are in the wrong i.e. theoretically absconding. You can end up being banned and not receiving a penny.
