Since I'm stuck waiting hours at MI SOS ...and have no clue what to expect...this Supercenter was listed at a walk-in apostiling place...does that mean they can authenticate on the spot? Or that I can turn in the doc here instead of mailing them??? No information can be found on the state's website...what were others' experiences?
