Visa first stage completed in India but second stage not completed

Hi,

I got a job in malaysia few months back.The company issues offer letter and approval letter and requested to complete stage1 in India and Stage2 in mayalsia.I was completed Stage1 process in India.
Later due to some personal reasons,I didnt join the company and not went to malaysia.

After 6 months and now I got another job in another company and willing to work in Malaysia.Is it possible to join ? Do i need to do anything for Stage1 visa? How many days will it be valid? What is the next process?

I think the stage one approval is only valid for 6 months if the stage two is not completed. (If you got the VDR in your passport but did not use it, that is valid for 3 months only.)

The new employer should proceed with their application.
