Just a question for the application for citizenship by decent do you need both parents birth certificate?
My mother is the Mauritian.

Hello,
It's not specified in the fact sheet regarding required documents. Normally, only that of your mother should suffice, however as a matter of precaution, if you have both, do bring them with you.
