hi can anybody advise me ; i am moving my family to kathu or phuket town in mid december 2018 and we will be looking to rent a single story property for 1 maybe 2 years what sort of price should i expect to pay , thanks in advance

For a single story house in Kathu Phuket you are looking at around ฿12,000 to ฿25,000. But the luxury one can go up to ฿50,000/month.
