Dear community,
I have had a surgery in my right shoulder (SLAP surgery) around 5 months ago in Europe, the place in which I was working. Now I have to move to Manama, Bahrain, for a long period, yet I really need to continue with the phisioteraphy sessions (stretching of the capsule and strengthening) or I may offset some of the improvements I have achieved so far.
I would be extremely grateful if any of you could provide me recommendations of some well reputable phisioteraphy centres or the contact of phisioteraphist (preferably specialized in shoulder recovery).
Personal experiences are more than welcome.
Any help highly appreciated.
