Relocating To Namibia

Good Day

My husband was born in Namibia in 1976. We are now living in South Africa and have 2 children 11 & 9 years of age. We would like to move to Namibia. What all do we need to be able to become citizens of Namibia?

My husband was in an work accident here in SA and lost his left arm, and i unable to work in his trade. However he is receiving a pension from the South African government. I would like to seek employment in Namibia, and my children will need to attend school, how does all of this work?

I want to know is my husband still a citizen of Namibia as he was born in Walvis Bay in 1976. The links you sent don't help me with my questions at all!
If he is still a citizen what will we need to go and live i  Namiba again?
