I'm looking for a good gastroenterologist in Riyadh to correctly diagnose gastroesophageal reflux disease. I've been on PPI for roughly 3 months but unfortunately it did not solve my problem. Please let me know if you know anyone ASAP.

Good luck in finding the right place.
I kopped for a dose of that as a result of a physical trauma so I know what it's like.
My went away as the damage healed but I gather many people suffer it for years.

The disease doesn't sound like much when you read its name but it's nasty, painful, and can last a very long time. It took about two months to get rid of mine as it was caused by physical damage, but it was a nasty couple of months I wouldn't like to repeat.
Long and the short, your stomach acid gets into the oesophagus, that getting digested by the leaking acid - 'painful' would be an understatement and your digestive system is an absolute mess.
Urgent - Yes, I would agree.
