I would like to know if when the work permit is renewed, how it is renewed the dependents pass, and if the children under 16 years old have to have a stanp of dependant pass in the passport and if the children need reentry passes stamped in the passport

If the work permit is renewed, then the Dependents Passes would also have to be renewed at the same time. If you don't have re-entry passes, the Dependents Pass gets cancelled if and when the children travel out of the country and would would then need to reapply.

There is a lot going on at government levels with regard to work permits. This definitely affects new applications, but not sure how renewals are being handled. What is clear is that all foreign work permits are being closely examined and reviewed. It is likely that some will not be renewed.
