Dear Sir,
I got job offer in Oman as software engineer but I have Hepatitis B. I'm working in Dubai and UAE dont care about Hepatitis for professionals so I didnt get any issue to get UAE visa but I dont know how it work with Oman.
Do they fail me in medical test in Oman for Hepatitis B positive? Please advise.

I am not sure about Oman but generally Hep B is a major issue in every GCC country other than UAE. I would not risk it especially if you are already employed in UAE. Try to find jobs and switch within UAE only with that condition that you have.
