Staying In Otres 1 now .. looking for something to do in late afternoon or evening .. seems pretty dead at night .. are we missing something? Would like a change and love to hang out somewhere have some conversation in English with expats / travelers, hear some classic /modern/alt rock music ? Have not been into the main part of town yet ... any suggestions?

In Sihanoukville itself is a place where some bars have moved to.
It's a part of the town called O2 [O pir if you take a tuktuk].
