I will move to Phnom Penh this year and I would like to know the best place. I noticed flats near
riverside, BKK1, BKK2 etc... what is the difference between the different places ?

Between Riverside, BKK1, and BKK2 is the most attractive location in Phnom Penh. It's just a short walk distance to every shops, bar, restaurants, and tourism.
