But the best is to come over, get multiple copies of your CV and visit many schools, trying to get interviews.

First of all my opinion is second to jos, but teaching is about the only well paying job in Cambodia, unless your with a ngo, or have money and maybe invest, but I've been in real estate my whole life to me Phnom Penh is the worst market I've seen,
1. Way over built and no renters
2. Rule of thumb anywhere in the world, you must at least make 1% of price of property every month
3. Example a condo cost 100gs in downtown Phnom Penh not so nice , but the rent needs to be at least 1000$ a month
4 the reality is it's only 400-500 a month you will never make money on property this way
5. Just rent it's cheaper and easier and more profitable,
