Hi, please can i apply for Germany Visa from SA as a Ghanaian. I dont have perminent residence yet and staying for just one month.

Strange, your profile says you are looking for information about Qatar and contradictory about Canada - not Germany. If you are residing in SA then go to the German consulat there. The question will be for what kind of visa you want and if you fulfill the requirements. It is difficult to get a work visa for non-EU citizens. One should have a good education and work experience in a field that is in demand like IT or advanced sciences. Otherwise, one has little chance. Your profile mentions being an administrative worker, looking for anything from constructions to sales to farm works. Very unlikely you can get a work visa for such jobs. You mention that your wife is a nurse. This is a profession in short supply at the moment in Germany but one would have to have a good level of German.
