Hi, are there any limitations on immigrating to Ireland if you have a child with special needs?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

A child would normally take on the Immigration status of its parent(s), so any limitations on Immigration would come from that angle.

With regards to special needs, you haven't been specific and I'm not asking you to provide any further information; suffice to say that "special needs" covers many disciplines and as a parent, you need to ensure that your destination has adequate provision for whatever your child's needs may be.  The Irish Government website provides further information that you may find useful; this link will take you there.

Hope this helps.
