Hello, I'm wondering if there is any way to take the property gain tax, that is imposed in Switzerland, to buy a property in the US. Has anybody tried and succeeded? I can use the tax for reinvestment in another property in the same canton in CH, but so far, I can't find a way to use it in another country... Thanks in advance...

Hi,
I did not try this, it's sounds rather specific and at best, I guess, consulting a CH/US tax advisor should be a secure way to get the right answer.
