My friend is Cambodian & lives in Siem Reap.
He wants to get his passport. Does any know if there is a Government Passport office in Siem Reap?
Or know of a reputable agent who can do the paper work?
He doesn't really want to go to Phnom Penh or Battambang if he can get it sorted in SR.

It is mainly for Cambodian people seeking work outside the country.
