Hello Island People.
I have been a location scout & manager based in Cape Town for the last 10 years and would like to broaden my horizons by exploring the Islands and promoting them as a film destination. Does anyone know people in the industry that reside on the islands? I would like some information on the industry as I have yet to hear from the Film Development Corp.

The director of identical Pictures, Andreas Habermeyer (you can find him through a quick Google Search) was involved in some large projects recently, including the Hollywood production, Serenity, which was entirely shot in Mauritius in partnership with his company.
I'm sure he will be glad to help you though the process.
