Are you a permanent resident here, with Hungarian income? If not, I don't know of any bank that will give you a mortgage.

Yes, I have residence permanent and I am working at the company in Budapest. I met some banks but they said me they don't accept white address card. You wanted plastic lakcim card.

I asked if you have "permanent residence", not if you have a "residence permit". Those two words combined differently are different in context and meaning. For a non-EU citizen, you usually need "permanent resident" status to get the plastic card. Those with just a "resident permit" do not normally get that card, nor can they usually get a mortgage.
