I submitted my tourist visa application through vfs on the 9/7/2018 my tend date of arrival is 24/7/2018 but up till now I have not heard anything from them I would have apply again but all my documents and my passport I submitted them all. I have try to contact vfs and the Belgium embassy in Nigeria but their numbers is not connecting

I believe this depends on embassy load in your country. Fliend of mine has recently applied for autistic visa from Russia. Passport with visa was received back in 1 week.
