Most widely used is 4sale but be prepared that most ads will be in Arabic:

https://www.q84sale.com/index.php/public/kuwait/en/home www.olx.com.kw is not as popular and infested with scammers in my experience, but I have had good results there as well.

One of the famous apps for Ad sale is
opensooq , as Ribosom mentioned most of ads are in arabic but if you write a comment or message to the seller in English they will reply back in English because they will understand that you don't speak Arabic.

Their English level is not very good but you can say it is understandable.
