hi, i got an offer from a company in malaysia . and applied for a work permit .my agent told me that first get vdr for single entry . i checked online that status is ready to print sticker . how many days required to get vdr?

Can you share where you are checking online to see your status please?
The single entry VDR is stamped in passport by the Malaysian High Commission or Consulate in either Mumbai, Chennai or Delhi

Thank you. I can see its under the Foreign Worker recruitment. Can I suggest you ring one of the High Commission or Consulates mentioned earlier to see if they are ready to issue the sticker into your passport.
Did you select which embassy you would get your VDR from at the beginning of the recruitment?
