Dependent pass for parents, who are in tourist visa.

Check you have the required paperwork and go to immigration.  However, I think the employer has to issue a no objection letter - so check this out with with them as the first step.

Otherwise using a company licensed to handle immigration is another way.

But everything depends on the paperwork you have. (You will have to pay an extra RM500 per person as a "Journey Performed" levy).

It's always best for dependents to arrive on Visa with References (VDR). Indian nationals are subject to security check which slows process a bit.

Documents required:
u Recent passport photo
u Copy of passport (full booklet with cover)
u Copy of Birth Certificate (for children above 18 years old) translated* into English
(if applicable) and Certified True Copy (CTC) by the Embassy/High Commission/Consulate
General of respective country OR respective Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General
in Malaysia
u Copy of Birth Certificate of Employment Pass holder / Employment Pass holder's spouse
(for Parents and Parents-in-law) translated* into English (if applicable) and Certified True
Copy (CTC) by the Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General of respective country OR
respective Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General in Malaysia
u Affidavit / Acknowledgement letter from the Employment Pass holder's Embassy /
Consulate General on the relationship status (for common law spouse)
u Personal Bond form (duly stamped by Inland Revenue Board);
u Other documents specified upon request
* Translation must be done either by the Respective Embassy/ High Commission/ Consulate General or Institut Terjemahan Buku Malaysia
