Aus Resident visiting NewZealand with Temporary Aus Resident

Hi All,
I am an Australian resident planning to visit NewZealand with my spouse who has her temporary Australian visa. I understand that i will be granter Resident Visa on arrival to NewZealand, but i do need to file her Visit Visa. I need to ask that since her travel is sponsored by me (and i am not applying for visa), when she applies her visa, against the question "Your financial support", does she need to select "My sponsor is providing travel" or "My employer or another third party is providing travel" and if the former, do i need to fill in the sponsor form "INZ1025".
