Family fun in Turkey during school holidays

Hello,

School holidays are fun for the kids, but parents often struggle to find ways to entertain them when they have just moved to a new country. Share with us some information about keeping the family busy during that time of the year.

What are some of the favourite activities in Turkey that families can enjoy together?

What types of activities are more popular (indoors, outdoors) for toddlers, young children, and teenagers?

How do you balance work in Turkey while the children are on holiday?

Are there any resources such as youth centres or expat children communities, that offer activities for children during the holidays?

How do you plan your holidays with the family in Turkey?

Tell us about your best family adventure in in Turkey? Is there a bucket list of must-do activities? What are they?

Thank you for sharing your experience,

Priscilla

I don't have a family of my own yet. so I don't know much about this. But I think the idea of Expat children community can be great.

I dont know of any resources for such activities. We have not attended any yet.
As for family things to do its go to beach. There is no other as i know, Turkey is a bit poor in this sence. I just got back from Brazil, and there every week there is new circus, theaters, ballets and other things to do. But here i have not noticed such activities. Maybe im not in the right loop. Would be great to know any society or group that keeps you posted on suh things.
