Hello ,

I need your advise about my working status. My sponsor send me to another sponsor to work with. But the manager of same company is the same but different sponsor and Kafeel.

I talked to the administrator but all answer are lies. And unreasonable reasons.

What I want is to work to my sponsor and Kafeel. What should I do ? I if I go to labor court I don't have a resources and funds.

What should I do?

I hope I can get your ideas nd openions.

what was your arrangements with your actual sponsor before coming under his sponsorship? were you aware prior to coming to Saudi Arabia that you will be working under a different sponsor?
have you spoken to your actual sponsor about your concern? there are cases a company would bring a worker under a different sponsorship if they do not have the visa but the arrangement would be to transfer the sponsorship after.
