I am on Business visa(Work Visit VISA) here, I am holding International driving license from India and I am using it for rental cars for a year in KSA. So I want to ask whether my brother can give me the "Khitab Tafweed" (authorization letter) to drive his car. Can I drive his car on sponsoring me as second driver...?
Please suggest.

I really doubt that !! But try your luck at traffic police department.

I doubt that as well. Even if it works for police authorization, insurance would not accept someone driving private car without residency and GCC license.
