Where is a good place in St Pauls Bay area to get a cheap slow cooker for an individual person ? Back on UK you get them for £10 but here seems way to high.

Not sure whether your comment is because no members have come up with an answer for you, but it is unlikely to get them all rushing off to the shops to do what you could just as easily do yourself.
Ours was from Arkadia for less than €40. You could try going to Pavi or Pama.
If you can't find one use Amazon at about €30 delivered for cheapest (£13.00)
