Medical: Family Joining/Dependent visa for pragnant wife

Hi Team,

Without any doubt, this is a great effort done the team by starting expat.com.

I am a Software Engineer from India working here in Muscat since last one year.

I have already gone through the posts related to "Family Joining visa". I understood the process and rules also gone through ROP website.

My wife traveled once in Muscat on Tourist Visa and found as "Fit" in Dependent Medical, however, I didn't get it attested though MOH in Oman so, it found as invalid by my PRO.

Now I want family joining/Dependent visa for my wife.

She is pregnant and I am a bit concern about her medical and visa approval, so few doubts

- will there be any problem while getting a tag of "Fit to Travel" having a pregnancy of 3 months?

- Assuming medically found fit then, is there any such rule which doesn't allow the pregnant lady to travel on Family Joining Visa?

- Or is there a certain time period to travel before or more?

Medical is mostly done by GAMCA centers in India . They dont require any attestation . Also pregnancy may not be considered as a problem . But still u need to verify with ur pro.
