Hi, i have completed my 182 days in Malaysia. I went to India for less than 14 days( 13 days to be exact) during this time, my question is do i have any restrictions after 182 days because I am planning few trips outside Malaysia before end of the year. please help.

First of all you need to add the 13 days to 182 to get your actual date you become tax-resident.
Otherwise that is sufficient for 2018.

Hi Gravitas,
I arrived in Malaysia on 3rd Dec'18.
I have never been outside of Malaysia till date.
Can I visit my home country for more than 14 days in this year?
Will this affect my tax returns in any way?
