Im from Algeria and im going to move to Kiev this month .
I have a little problem i hope that someone can help me 
I want to transfer my money to Ukraine and here in Algeria we are not allowed to change money from Algerian Dinar to euro only for a reason
So because im going to study i can change my money but i need a proof called " change request " from the university
So if anyone have contact with Taurida National University he can help me and i will pay for his time
